Terms of Use

1. Platform Role

BuyingHeaven is an e-commerce and impact-allocation platform. It may support both:

• ordinary commercial transactions; and
• optional or contractually defined mission allocations and donations.

Use of the Platform does not guarantee charitable deductibility, spiritual outcome, commercial success, or educational access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding agreement. If you use the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring that profile information remains accurate. You must not use another person’s account without authorization.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Product/Service Listings

Listings, prices, and availability may change. We may refuse or cancel orders where required by law, fraud controls, stock availability, or compliance rules.

5. Mission Allocations and Donations

Some transactions may include:

• a baseline platform mission allocation,
• an optional buyer impact increase,
• a seller donation percentage,
• a seller match.

These amounts are disclosed separately where applicable. Unless expressly stated and lawfully receipted, a purchase itself is not a charitable donation.

6. 100% Donated Inventory

Certain listings may be designated as 100% donated inventory. Such listings are governed by a separate seller donation agreement. Sellers of those items have no right to proceeds after transfer of title and control.

7. Tax and Receipt Disclosures

Tax treatment depends on the legal entity receiving funds, local law, and current approvals. The Platform does not provide tax advice. Any receipt or acknowledgment is governed by the legal status of the receiving entity and the nature of the transfer.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory local consumer law.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content,
• misstate donation percentages,
• misuse the Platform for fraud, spam, or abusive scraping,
• interfere with site security or other users.

10. DIR / Religious-Expression Content

If the Platform permits “Divine Intention Requests” or related faith-expression content, such content is personal spiritual expression only. No outcome is promised or guaranteed, and such content does not affect tax treatment.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, software, branding, and content are protected by law. User content remains subject to the licenses needed for platform operation, moderation, and lawful compliance.

12. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Platform does not guarantee:

• spiritual results,
• divine intervention,
• commercial growth,
• educational outcomes,
• grant or receipt eligibility.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Operator and Mission Entity are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by the Platform Operator, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Disputes shall be resolved in the venue or arbitration forum designated by the Platform Operator, subject to mandatory local law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
